Not at this time. However, you are always welcome to request a superbill to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. I do not communicate with the insurance companies themselves, so it will be your responsibility to submit superbills to your insurance company as well as to correspond with them.
If you would like to bill for my services as an out-of-network provider, it is important to first check with your insurance company to discuss how much they will reimburse. Different insurance companies have varying guidelines for reimbursing for out-of-network costs. Not all out-of-network sessions are covered, it depends on the session duration, modality, location, and scope of your insurance coverage. You will need clarification from your insurance company regarding guidelines for reimbursement for services from LPCC providers in the state of Colorado.

Reaching out for support is a big, hard first step. By filling out the contact form, you've got the ball rolling! I will respond shortly via your preferred communication to schedule a 15-minute free phone consultation. During this consultation, you can ask me questions and get to know me as a therapist and I will ask you questions to assess if I'm the right person for the job. Depending on what we both decide is the best next step for you, I will either guide you closer to what you're looking for via referrals or get us set up for our initial intake session.

Our first session together will look a little different. It is a dedicated 50-minute window to look at the book of your life so far leading you to this moment. We can look at chapter titles and maybe even get into the first paragraph or so, but it's really about getting a good overview of your journey so far. Over time, future regular sessions can be spent diving into these previous chapters deeper to inform how you want to write your next chapter.

We all needs different levels of support at different times in our life. If you feel like meeting once a week, twice a month, or monthly for 50 minutes at a time will help you navigate the present issues in your life, then this is the right level of care for you (what we call outpatient therapy)!
If you feel as though you may need more support, I am more than happy to direct you to resources where you can be provided more frequent and/or intensive care. Just be sure to mention you're requesting higher-level-of-care resources in your contact submission form!
